- To use the Body Lotion distribute over skin and massage
until fully absorbed.
- To use the Magnesium Lotion distribute over skin and
massage until fully absorbed. Eases lower back pain, helps
with restless leg cramps.
- To use Tummy balm, rub over the belly, and massage into skin.
You can also use the balm on your legs and heels.
- To use Nipple cream, rub over nipples, all plant base aids
in comfort and healing, and is safe for ingestion.

You can use a basin or fill your bathtub with a small amount
of water to submerge your perineum area. This will
improve blood flow, reduce swelling and
inflammation, promote healing, soothes soreness from
