How do I track my order?

When you order from Luxe Soap, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment. After the package has been sent into the mail you will be provided a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package. 

What if the item I want is out of stock?

Products sell out fast! But don't despair. If the item you are looking for is out of stock, keep checking back or please send us a message. We are always updating and restocking our site with your faves!

Are your products 100% vegan?

Yes Absolutely! It's very important to us that no animal is harmed or their by-product used in our Luxe Products

Do you do custom or wholesale orders?

Yes! Submit your request by clicking the Contact page and we'll happily discuss pricing and options. 

Are your products 100% gluten and nut free?

No. We use colloidal oatmeal in some of our products along with coconut oil. The FDA began identifying the coconut oil as tree nut

Do you accept returns and give refunds?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. If you're unsatisfied with your product, please contact luxesoap@outlook.com and we'll be happy to discuss your concerns.
